Summer Europe Trip

Quick question, if CJ or Felix play this month are they eligible to redshirt this upcoming season?

They'll both be valued members of the program in the years to come, but if one of them doesn't get any minutes it'll be a huge sign.

Good question, I remember last fall gift and Felix sat out the exhibitions in November because lavin said a new rule was in place that even if you participated in exhibitions you weren't allowed to redshirt. Not sure if same rules apply for summer exhibitions.

Is not playing the same as not going?   Because if Jordan is going on the trip and just sitting out the games because he's had back spasms, then I'm not nearly as worried as if it were a more serious injury or eligibility issue.

Felix out still rehabbing a sprained ankle suffered 5 months ago? Sounds like they could be considering redshirting him which if he is agreeable might not be a bad idea since we are pretty loaded at guard and having him for an extra year with more experience, polish  and skill will help us down the road.

 By the way with 5 guys 'banged up' (Rysheed, Felix, Max, Jamal, Phil) I mean this in jest but do we have the Mets trainers from a few years ago?
