Tarik played at Oak Hill so I am pretty sure he did ok in HS as well. As far as how Geno did in the Borat league...I have no comment.

How Tarik Turner performed in HS is relevant to the statement "Geno would not win consistently if he played on the Globetrotters" how?

Was a joke there Funster.

But to rehash an old argument, the reason I was so appalled by Geno and less so with Tarik was their specific roles in the offense. Tarik was a role player. Norm's offense ran um walked through Geno.

What would make IW and Sheed the best backcourt in SJU history, is that they can both can create their own shot.  I don't think we've ever had that 1-2 punch.

I hated tarik. He was supposedly going to be a good player from a great hs. He was awful. Geno wasn't good, wasn't supposed to be good, shouldn't have played as much as he did. I don't hate him. If St. John's would have offered me a scholarship to play basketball I would have taken it. I would have tried just like geno and i would have sucked.
If the coach started me for 4 years, you should hate the coach.

If Norm's offense revolved around you for 4 years I would have hated you too. No offense
