Dumbest team in America

Hilarious close-line after... after Sampson intercepts a pass intended for a wide open three to tie up the game.

34 FT attempts for PSU v. 13 for SJU. Speaks to smart team taking ball to hoop v. Our nonsense.

Reading this board is great. We got flagrant fouled and it wasn't called?

Bad loss. Played good enough to win. Not smart enough.

No, Hooper got called for a flagrant for intentionally fouling a guy running full speed. Great acting by PSU guy.

Didn't see the game. Sounds like a terrible way to blow a solid come from behind effort.

i can take a loss, its part of the game you win some you loose some but loosing like this is what separates us from the upper echelon teams in the country

Almost 3-1 free throw disparity in Penn States favor.  I didn't see the game, but that seems a bit excessive, no?  Anybody who saw the game..  Was it called fairly?  Hate to lose another game when one schmo like Frazier shoots twice as many free throws as our entire team.  These revisited rules have ruined the game and negated any aggressive defensive play.  It has become like soccer.

Just inexcusable mistakes down the stretch.  Missed FT's, bad fouls.

Fight like hell to come back and put yourself in position to win the game and just fail to finish.  Very angry right now.

Not the end of the season but terribly disappointing.  PSU has a good backcourt but certainly not an overwhelming team.

It was a choke job, but this is not what separates us from the upper echelon.  What separates us is our lousy defense and poor decision making.  Also not great shot selection.  They either aren't a great coached team, or they don't execute or both.   This team is far from an upper echolon team... and I'm a huge fan of theirs.. this is just a fact.
