Let's see if we can carry some momentum into Hinkle and pick up a road W.

The game is listed as being on FSN National. Does anybody have any clue what that is?

I think we keep it going. Butler has struggled just as badly as us.

If SJU can find a way to win today, then win in Omaha on Tuesday, suddenly things are looking better. That being said, I would give us about a 10% chance of winning both.

:tickedoff:“We know Coach Lav’s teams are best late in the season,” sophomore forward JaKarr Sampson said. “February, March is when we make our run. We know that. We just have to work hard, get better. It gives us confidence.”
Of the 12 games remaining, six will be away from home, virtually all in difficult places to play — from Villanova to Creighton to Marquette."

Nice to see Sampson believes in the February, March run. Should be a great April I guess.

Big game for John Minko, as for the first time in his illustrious career he gets to call a game at Hinkle.... He's a Butler alum..  Actually used to call Pacer games, if you believe that?

Chatted with him before a game at CA this year. Nice guy! Working with Francesa for many years entitles him to spot in heaven I guess.

No doubt... BTW, anyone see the twitter attack "Francesa nation" unleashed on Kay yesterday?  The hashtag #betterthanKay was #1 trending topic on Twitter, nationally, for a solid hour..

Search the hastag and read some hysterical stuff.

STJ 74, Butler 67.

Sanchez scores 24, and pulls down 9 boards.
