Guys played really intense last night.  I think their RPI is in line with where they are right now.  Next stretch of 5 games they'll break into top half of beast standings if they play hard and execute.

So SJU beats Georgetown and their RPI actually slips a spot but Georgetown loses to a team with a lower RPI and they stay in the same place..?

Was there ever confirmation that the preseason NIT and the Fordham games were in fact home games, as the NCAA records it on that RPI page?  I always thought they technically were neutral site games.  Our RPI will get a bump higher if they are reclassified

Hard to reclassify games that are played on our home court

Is that a change to the way those games are treated per RPI methodology?  Am I wrong in thinking that those kinds of games were technically neutral site games in years past?

Does this mean that Big East Tournament games are treated as home games for us?

MSG is home court...it doesnt matter that it was in a preseason tourney.  I think it has always been this way.

I don't think get that either PMG.  But I'll take 5 top 40 RIP wins all day long, two on the road.

Those games were not home games . They were neutral court games. Almost positive of that.

So you think Duke will play an "away" game round 1?

I'm not singling you out.  Just saying how we (including me) always complain Duke gets to play at home first 2 rounds

They were tournament games so they were not part of season ticket package but since they were at MSG the NCAA counts them as home games for us in their RPI formula.

Espn rpi has been incorrect all year.  Cbs or one of the others is also wrong.   Our current correct RPI is 37.

The BE tournament is familiar, but it's not a home game because the tickets are distributed evenly to the participating schools, and in our case, participating criminals, who sell the tickets for a premium.

I don't think they are home games. Not my optinion just what I think the rule is. I am fairly certain. If ucla plays in the rose bowl it's not a home game for them. Think it is same thing.
