In regards to Norm not playing Avery and Larry, I really think this an example of the emperor's clothes.
I don't blame Norm for losing faith in them.
As far Avery goes, he started either every game or pretty close to it, but he could not compete against good teams. They scored on him at will and denied him the only shot he can make: the wide open 3.
Larry was starting, and his dribble drives were effective against St.Francis and like schools but when we went down to Florida he couldn't buy one and it appeared that once Mason returned that DJ Kennedy was a better player than Larry and Norm was right about that.
