"Pillars of the Program"
« on: January 02, 2015, 05:20:17 PM »
Saw something on NCAA Facebook page announcing Arizona's Pillars of the program. Had nothing to do with their careers after they leave the school, but for what they contributed while at the University. They chose Sean Elliot, Damon Stoudemire and Mike Bibby.

Who is St. John's "Pillars of the Program"?

For me, Chris Mullin, Felipe Lopez and Erick Barkley.

Barkley?  All I remember was he attacking a heckler at an 8th grade game... Ha...  Seriously though..  What has he been up to?

Mullin, Felipe for sure.   I'm a fan of Tarik Turner ( the person).. Think he has done some fine things post STJ.

Hahah. Like I said, has nothing to do with what happened after they left the school. I love the local guys. Played against Felipe in high school. Loved watching Barkley play

I really enjoy Metta post SJU, he's a character for sure but he's a fun follow on twitter and was a lock down defender and has a few NBA rings to boot.

Sonny Dove, Chris Mullin & D'Angelo H.   The game always centered around them, and they still delivered.
