Surprisingly, he scares me as much as anyone. Pulls pointer out to the perimeter.
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

A couple of them can light it up.  And I worry about DelGado inside if Chris is out.

Mobley causes match up problems for us.  Not a bad thing if he can't go on Saturday.

Agree.  I wish they'd save some of the shots their missing tonight for Saturday.

Now they won't have Gibbs either on Saturday.  Just threw an elbow to a guy's head who was on the floor.  Will definitely be a suspension.

I don't know if the conference imposes the suspension, or the team.  But if the former he may not be playing on Saturday.  That was a legitimate punch in the face.

I guess it's Tiny and whiteheads fault? Gibbs was no choirboy at Texas either

I've heard you say that before, Baldi.  Didn't know he had that rep.

Hilliard is the best player in the Big East.  But what makes Nova so tough is that they have 7 guys who can make 3's, 6 who can handle the ball, their guards/wings are really good rebounders, and the big guy plus Pinkston gives them an interior presence when needed.

The Gibbs v. Whitehead issues make me feel good about Harrison, Phil, Dom, Branch, etc.  Would have been very easy for our guys to turn on Jordan and cause havoc in the locker room with all the issues he has caused.  Yet another reason to pull for our seniors.

I think all this Seton Hall drama decreases the chance TJ Gibbs goes to Seton Hall and increases our chances with him.

obekpa elbow was legit  and deliberate also. Big East looked the other way. Let's see

Love to hear what Jay Wright has to say about it

Don't think Jay will make an issue of it.  Not his style.

This is from the ESPN recap

"Sterling Gibbs had 12 before he was ejected for a flagrant foul in the second half. The Pirates have lost five in a row."

Look at this post from seton hall board

Watch the zags replay before you throw players under the bus. Gibbs was trying to hit the ball and Ajou's head caused him to hit the kid in the head. No way he could be that accurate with a deflection. Gibbs tried a second earlier to punch at the ball but got air.

ESPN just showed the replay of the Gibbs punch during the Kansas/WVU game.  Fran Fraschella said it should be a multi game suspension.  Don't think the BE can ignore this one!
