Big East Tournament bracket (March 1st)

Here we go, down to the final week. I'll probably do one final bracket after the games on Wednesday. After that, the final games are on Saturday and the bracket will be final at that time.

Dont want gtown in the first. Hope we either get to the 3 or they get to the 2.  May be weird to some but this is my preferred order of match ups for Thursday of the BET:

Want to see most- Butler
                                  Xavier
                                  Prov
                                  Gtown

I can't take another stinker from Harrison against G-Town. Dude just doesn't play well against them. His #'s are abysmal.

That's what I think, Baldi.  Can't keep a really good player down for so long.  Odds are he'll have a good performance.

Trawick does a very good job defending him.

Totally agree. 2 good games out of 8. Maybe it was a good thing he played only 25 seconds in first half. Almost ready to prefer he sit out if we play g'town again even thou he is probably our best player or at least in top 2. IK peeps will think I'm nuts but just frustrated watching Dlo struggle so bad vs g'town and I really wouldn't sit him.

Providence beats Georgetown twice so they own the tie breaker.

I know butler beat us twice. Would rather play them then providence or Georgetown. Think they are less talented . Also would like another chance in the garden.

If it stays this way that top bracket is hell.

in that bottom bracket, anyone can  make the Finals except Marquette

It's really tough to beat teams twice, let alone 3x. Definitely would like to see St. John's on opposite sides of X & PC. Butler would be ideal for same lines of thinking.

I don't want Georgetown because I think it will get too chippy.

Really hoping that St. John's can squeeze into that 3 seed. It would really help for NCAA tourney seeding too.

With our luck we'll face G'town.  We'll lose.  Harrison, Pointer, and Obekpa will get suspended for first NCAA game after a brawl.  Season over.  Doomed.

I would love the 3 seed -- I could actually make it to the games easily.  I think the only realistic way to get there is to tie with gtown and pc.
