Unless you have inside knowledge, isn't this a little unfair?  He may only be willing to jump at a certain price or benefit and they are working on those terms.  We don't even know when an offer was officially made and the terms.  His teams season ended just a week ago.

And so does the vetting process to screen a coach's background. Wouldn't want egg on our face a la maisello, o'leary et al. Not saying g that's happening here, but like you said these things take time

Sima seems likely sometime this month. We'll see.

Interesting month for clarification of Jordan status, rounding out coaching staff, keeping Sampson, recruiting Mussini, Sima & some kids we don't know about I bet. Considering staff has been short & at this less than two weeks, I am so impressed with progress to date, their organized & systematic approach to recruiting & their great work ethic. Outstanding start! There will be bumps in the road, but I think the Mullin regime is well on its way to building a quality sustainable program.
