Will graduate as the best white player at SJU since Bob Werdann.

Who is your all SJU White Center
Werdann or Wennington?
Paultz was before my time

Werdann was made of tissue paper. Hence Wennington.

I have always had an irrational dislike of Wennington as a player. Not sure why.
I agree better than Werdann but while they were together I liked Jeff Allen better

Had the misfortune of facing Ewing 15 times or so.

Bayne, Muto, Waite, Berwanger, Baldi, Jasilionus, Bross, that's quite a parade of golems.

Much to my annoyance played Ewing better in the pros

Prediction.. the first catch Amar has on the wing tomorrow will result in him pump faking and driving to the basket.

The other being a moving screen trying to get Mussini open from halfcourt

Share some thoughts on the Italian Stallion.

My thoughts are he's not Italian.

I was wondering about that myself...wasn't he on the Bosnian national team or something?

He is Bosnian, but has resided in Rome for some time I believe.

My understanding is that he was born in Oregon, where his father played college ball.  He grew up in Italy, where his father played pro ball..  I'm not sure  Amar has ever lived in Bosnia.  I could be wrong.

You may be right, but he did play for one of the Bosnian teams.

I like the kid.  Good role player with great attitude who is getting better as a player.  Hard not to like him.

Well put--was my feeling also.  I appreciate his effort and his bench demeanor in that he is into the game.  A good team player appreciated by those around him.

Credit should go to the staff the kid is playing with so much more confidence. I believe he is better because of them. At the same time they have to make him understand his role. He should play with confidence but he isn't the microwave or a gunner. Fouls are also a part of the game, the moving screens have to stop.
