Williams @ his shoulders
« on: January 26, 2016, 11:52:35 PM »
I know he's got bum shoulders and is not able to play..

He had surgery on both of them before following Matt here.  Played a few minutes early on and then apparently still no good.

Did he have any additional surgeries on one or both since his last time on the floor this fall ?

Probably irrelevant and not promising but just never heard what the condition really is... more surgery needed or just more time to heal/rehab?

Good question wish  I was able to provide an answer. I don't expect an answer.

Matt said in his Q and A the other day that we wont be seeing him till next season so I assume it was pretty bad.

His value was really for this season.  It's tough to count on him for anything going forward after missing two full years of basketball.  The most value there now is probably him leaving and opening up a scholarship.

2016-17

Sima
Yakwe
Ahmed
Mussini
Lovett

Off the bench; Ali, Owens, Freudenberg, CJ, Ellison. Front court pretty much full. If no Rawle, maybe a JC PG to back up Lovett and let Mussini focus on being a 2? Not a lot of light left for a forward w two bum shoulders and hasn't played in two years.

I agree. But don't you get 5 years to play 4? How does it affect him if he transfers?Does he loose a year of eligibility?

I think if  he has had an additional operation the school would have issued a press release

School doesn't have to release anything
