Say what you want about Lavin when he put his mind to it he was a great finisher the one big recruit he couldn't finish was Brisco and nobody in College basketball could compete with Coach Cal in recruiting
It beginning to look like we might have been better off keeping Lavin and tell him not to be so lazy.

We won't know that until we see what we have. Ahmed and Freudenberg are more unknown than Ponds, Owens and Lovett.
The staff has gone all over the world to find players. If that's their vision, ok, but it needs to begin to come together next season. It doesn't have to be a breakout season, but the progress must be there, or this staff is going to appear unable to get it done here. That's the town we live in.
Even for a troll, you need to check yourself with this Ahmed "unknown" and "invisible" nonsense. Just because you chose not to do the 30 second google search to find out the info to watch the multiple games available on the internet with Hutchinson this year, doesn't mean he was invisible. Just because you chose not to attend the JUCO showcase and all-star games, doesn't mean others haven't. You sound ridiculous. Yeah, Hutchison sucks with media, but he plays in the most media-friendly league in JUCO.
I'm guessing you missed his broadcasted tournament games last year, so here's a tip: Ahmed plays Wednesday at 2:00 PM. You can watch live on NJCAA TV at www.njcaa.org. Every game of the tournament is available online for free. If giving you a DVD of his past games and a link directly to his game Wednesday will shut you the f*ck up for a month, please PM me.

Ahmed is a juco. All juco media coverage is garbage, because all Jucos are garbage schools. You never know what you have with a juco-no matter what, and you've been a fan long enough to know that. As far as the German I've talked to several people who are close to the program, and they are impressed with his shot, but not the competition he's faced. A Euro is also an unknown.
If you don't see the difference in a high school kid ranked in the top 40 compared to a juco, I'm sorry, but it's the nature of what the game has become. 25 years ago Jucos would show up as juniors and dominate. Now, kids go to prep school instead, and start college late. The #1 juco rank doesn't mean what it used to mean.
And yes, I actually do know how to use Google. There is nothing recent from Ahmed. Jenna Jameson, however, I have no trouble finding. So, at least we agree on something.
