Because minorities have the most experience in basketball , the more experience you have the more you can teach, the more you can teach the better you can coach.
Our last three head coaches have been black. How are we doing? Also, your whole theory is shot because as far as D-1 head coaches go, I'm guessing most of them have been white, giving them the most experience in basketball.
