Of course the coaches don't want you chanting "Fire Norm". More pressure to fire Norm = more of a chance of firing Norm and firing Norm would mean that assistant would be out of a job.
I feel bad a little bit for the players, but they're going to have to understand where we're coming from. We pay for tickets, we're not yelling anything obscene. I will be at the game on Thursday and chanting away (if we're losing. I still want us to win).
BTW, on Thursday I plan to buy a brown paper bag, write "FIRE NORM" on it and wear it on my head like Lions fans do. If we had a number of people doing the same, it would be a good message to send. (P.S. I am only going to be wearing it if we're losing big or it looks like we'll lose down the stretch)
