I just got in from a high school basketball game, and what do I see?  A nice, follow up dunk by Ahmed, then a stupid trey attempt by Owens. 

Good followed by awful.

These last 3 fouls are ridiculous

Missed 11 of our last 12 shots.  I heard Stephen Bardo say (paraphrased), "St. John's have taken some bad shots."

Honestly, if this game restarted with a different ref crew I think we win. They started out so hot and these refs are so awful.

As soon as SJU beat Butler and Marquette at home you knew they were asking to whipped on the road by both.

The reason why I said a few weeks back that SJU needed to beat Providence on the road or they would likely not win another road game was because get ready for it..they would not likely win another game on the road. 

If they want to have a somewhat decent season they need to win the two home games left, Georgetown and PC.  Get to 8-10 and I'll take it for now.

Honestly, if this game restarted with a different ref crew I think we win. They started out so hot and these refs are so awful.

Yeah yeah that's the ticket. Maybe we can protest the game to the BE and they can award us a victory.

This was a realistic take.

Doesn't excuse the shit show were witnessing.  But we knew theyd be looking for revenge.  And we're probably not ready to beat a tournament team on the road.

They've been awful, but it wouldn't have mattered. 
We gave up a dozen wide open 3s, and Ellison single handily probably gave Marquette 10+ points. 

We weren't going to win with half assed defense. 
Steals and blocks are fools gold for our team.  It lulls them into thinking they're playing good defense.
