You have to get physical with Govan and Derrickson. They're soft.  Providence, Xavier and Marquette ramped up their defense in the second half against Georgetown in their second games verus the Hoyas, and took both of 'em out in the 2nd half with tough, physical defense.

I don't think they can continue to shoot this well, but we're gonna have to start playing better defense.

Gtown is hitting everything and we can't buy the most open of shots besides Ponds. Someone needs to step up from the outside.

That's exactly where he should be. He's the best rebounder on the team and Gtown is killing us on the glass

Absolutely. But not worh 2 fouls with 8 left in the first half.

Their bigs have 23 and 7. This is on Owens and Clark.

Just get tough with Govan and Derrickson.  They're softer than a newborn baby's ass.
