Put my well worn hat on with it’s wait till next year slogan. Will wallow in my misery until
tomorrow when my eyes and heart shift from Jamaica Queens to Flushing Queens.
Not wearing my hat again till the fall.

X couldn't miss from the 3, amazing performance.

Nice to have seniors, Govan and Derrickson, declared they will be back next year.

Mostly a bummer of a season.  If we win one of the two O-T losses, we'd be in the NIT.  Not that it matters.

Mack’s angels have a track record, can’t wait till a Mullin team rubs it in his face.

Continuity will be important. Wanna keep Ponds, Owens and Clark for next season to add to Williams, Dixon, Keita, Diakite, Roberts and Earlington. Hopefully we don't have to play Wednesday next year and won't experience the tired legs exit in the BET

The new big east hated the Lavin teams. I enjoyed that.

Hey you get beat like that then some jawing is par for the course. I don't like mack having his team dunk up 25 on last possession but shit, this is big time college basketball. As for his post game comments, that was a bitch move and mullin would slap him around.
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

People speculated as such because of some comments here by Baldi and others.

Next step is to bring back Owens and for Ponds to realize he benefits from another year of growth and development so as to improve his draft stock.  His struggles early and recent, as well as the intelligence that Coach gathers from NBA folks, should dictate a return and the kid seems to have a very good head on his shoulders.

That nucleus, with Simon, Trimble, the kids we have eligible and coming in, and a few quality additions besides that via grad transfer, JUCO or HS ranks could make for a good squad.  Staff has their work cut out and hopefully they work their a** off to make it happen.

Hopefully now that Trimble has played two games after the Providence incident, made the backpage of the paper he will buy in and be a good piece for next year. Need that continuity.

Sounds like ponds will be back from hs comments. He needs to come back. You can’t shoot 25% from 3 in college at 6 ft tall and make the nba. He needs another year for sure. Lineup next year? Ponds, Dixon, Simon, Clark and Keita. Any feelings on Owens think he might be a guy to leave if anyone

And staff will demand he get in much better shape.

Fordham ran up the score on sju a couple of years ago. They were paid back handsomely. Looking forward to paying back X.

Norlander
Big East senior associate commissioner Stu Jackson told CBS Sports that the Big East is reviewing internal security footage at MSG to determine if St. John's players attempted to approach Xavier's players near or in their locker room immediately after both teams left the court.

Def has to lose that baby fat, should take a look at Myles Powell before and after. Could be a very strong guard for us.
