Game 14: Marquette

Had my Marquette hat on at the game. Off topic,  who's the idiot who designed the parking lot at St Johns? Tiny spaces with tree islands taking up 1/3 of the spot

LOL, hard to imagine that you can't have a second favorite school to root for but would rather just hate on a school that you spend so much time talking about

Niece is on the dance team at Marquette. Nephew is a freshman.

Grew up Johnniies fan in Queens  just like every other kid. Told my brother,  who was rooting loudly for St johns, that it was great to see this program back and the gym rocking.  My nephew, who lives in Queens and goes to Marquette was rooting for St Johns.I think these 2 will play at the Garden for the Big East championship

I don't see how Marquette makes it through the minefield of more athletic teams. SH will give them nightmares away from Wisconsin. My boy McKnight will shut down the munchkin.

On the flip side of that, I met a guy at the game. Starting shortstop for UCONN but die hard Johnnies fan.
