88-79 Johnnies.

But, if we lose this one, it's officially panic time.

Cannot lose another home game. As close to a must win as you can have at this point in the season

If we lose/no ponds, it'll be a replay of last year without Lovett...

Justin should lock up a younger Tyshon Alexander. The gameplan should focus on keeping Krampelj off his game. Keep these two at bay and we should be fine, I think Shamorie plays:

Bluejays 74
The Program 83

2 straight games of season low 71 points last week. We have to get back to filling it up on a nightly basis, it's our identity. Also, defensive turnovers were terribly low during this 0-2 stretch.

Until we hear Ponds is out again I would predict a win. If he is out though woof what an eye opener Saturday was as to how this team stacks up without him.

I don’t think the staff will push Ponds to return too soon. So I’m betting he sits this one out.

Creighton 81, St.John’s 76

Creighton’s size is too much to overcome. We trail early and never take the lead.

Us 76 them 71.  A few practices to prepare for a Pondless game will work out.  If Ponds plays spread will be larger.

I predict Ponds is either out or limited and Williams will take a big step forward tonight.

Howard played only 3 minutes last night and left the game due to injury. Marq still won at GT. We lost to DePaul at home. If Ponds plays we win, if not we lose. Staff plays a system and won’t/can’t adjust to maximize the players they have on the roster abilities.

You’re right, the staff is intentionally negligent even when they don’t have the horses they still try and run the same race.

Get a grip.

Wasn't the same thing. Soon as I stepped into Alumni I noticed the dark cloud over the crowd and two dark clouds over the St. John's bench caused by Walden's absence.

Would have been better if Ponds starts than goes down a la Howard; a) we come out pumped and firing on all cylinders (Depaul jumped right out to a lead), b) Mullin gets to have a big, emotional rally the F troops moment during the injury TO and we play the rest of the game with a chip on our shoulder.

Get a grip? So you haven’t realized that is exactly what he has been doing? Mullin has been running the same system since day 1. He wants to play at a high pace, even if he doesn’t have the horses, which he certainly didn’t have his first year but it didn’t stop him from playing that way.
