He's from Detroit. I get the rationalization, he wants a waiver, otherwise he's a sit one play two, which is not an attractive option for someone who just withdrew his name from the draft. But he's visited UNLV, Illinois and Rutgers. Which other than Illinois, unless his mother is a stewardess I don't see how those choices make sense.
