Xavier 1/6
« on: January 05, 2021, 07:09:22 PM »
We’ve lost a lot of close ones to Xavier, but I think it ends tomorrow.

We’re coming off of back to back strong showings in both basketball and responsibility. So, the team is inspired.

Lack of adjustments and bad rotations. Has anyone been impressed by Anderson's coaching this year?

This game was set up for the Johnnie's to take. They held Xavier without a 3 pointer all game yet were exposed on the boards badly and almost lost by double digits.

This is disappointing. We are about to fall to 1-5 unless there is some kind of miracle at Creighton—and we haven’t even played Nova yet.

Anderson’s .500 streak will almost certainly fall.

Very poor. Poor outside shooting, Dunn was the only guy working on offense. I wouldn't even offer Toro the covid year, wish him the best.

Xavier was 0/12 from three. It’s really hard to win without making a three. They also missed 13 free throws (4-5 misses in the last minute) and still won by 8 and had the ball to end the game.
