Apparently he made his decision on his trip to Louisville.

Moore of South Kent Prep School in Connecticut visited the University of Louisville last weekend and loved it, the director of his AAU team said. He watched the Cardinals practice and spent time with coach Rick Pitino.
Now the 6-foot-6 player plans to give the other two schools he's considering — Pittsburgh and St. John's — a chance to make a similar impression. He had planned to pick a college after the U of L visit but will postpone the decision until he can see Pitt and St. John's again and watch their practices; he wasn't able to do that in previous visits to those schools.
“He wanted to be fair to everyone else,†said Gary Charles, the director of the AAU New York Panthers. “He wanted to visit the other two schools when he could see them in the same environment (as he saw U of L). Watch the team practice, get to know them a little and just see how things are going to be at that school.
“He loved the visit (to U of L). Because he loved it so much, he felt compelled to visit the other schools again and
make sure about his decision.â€
Charles said Moore, who is ranked the nation's No. 107 senior by Rivals.com, will visit St. John's next weekend and Pittsburgh on Nov. 6.
