I am happy that today is the start of a new year that promises many changes. Since I am a skeptic, I’ll believe them when I see them, but I’m trying to keep an open mind.

Happy New Year everyone!

I have a lot to be positive for today, but I won't bore you with the details.
I'll just say Thank you to God.

Give us the details...we're already on a fan site, boredom is implied :)  Unless, of course, you don't want to.

It’s health related, but suffice to say that this “Normie” is probably going to be around for a few more seasons.

A full marathon?  Why did you choose the Dinsey Marathon?

He figured Donald and Daisy Duck were sure locks with their webbed feet. Chip and Dale need to run 24.75 paces to one of Tha Kid's, so that's 2 more. Throw in Ariel, Snow White, and Cinderella what with tails, long gowns, and glass slippers and all. That's at least 7 people he beats not counting Goofy.

He's no longer a bottom feeder in this race!

Seriously, good luck in the race!

You wearing SJU Red or Duke Blue?

Started training for the marathon w my fiance in conjunction w studying for the bar.   Wanted to make sure we got some exercise and did some non law activity every day.   Found a 37 week training program for non-runners.  That put us as having to run the marathon now at either disney hawaii or jamaica.  Since we are saving up for honeymoon far away, picked disney for the marathon.   My left leg is a mess right now just need to get through one more really long run!

I'm happy that I'm using the logic that Oprah and Will Farrell ran marathons so that means tha kid can definitely do one too

Uh oh,  That Kid said "first marathon."   That implies there are more to come.  Did you run the whole thing or take a couple of walking breaks?

Running a marathon is on my "Life Goals" list.  I'm worried because I never ran more than a mile or two straight!  I have done some very long bike rides, though.
