I don't think anyone would argue that Samardo can play.

1. To get the players like him u have to risk it.
But why would u take him with open arms what makes him so good? Is it because he was a mcdonalds all american? Is it because he is a beast in the post and he rebounds? Is it because he was recruited by pitino? Or that he was coached by a hurley in highschool?

KOB. . where are you going with this..   Samrado is a stud..   impact recruit and if he keeps working will be an NBA PF for a long time...

Maybe becuase Samardo and Justin's freshman stats were similar?
Of course Samardo is playing on a 7th ranked team while Justin's were for an 11 win team.

I think with better coaching Justin could be a solid player but I do not feel it is fair to compare him to Samardo who will most likely be playing in the NBA!

im not sure what you're getting at.  Samardo is a great player with good natural ability and instincts.  OF course I'd want him.  I'd love to see him and JB on the blocks together.

everyone on these sites knows samardo would have been a difference maker.

I think Samardo is more polished, but if you put Justin on the Louisville front line with Pitino coaching he would look a BILLION times better!

Sarmardo is averaging between 3-5 rebounds but it's over looked because of the wins. The top rebounders on that team if I'm not mistaken is earl and Williams both 8. Now I didn't ask y'all to compare or saying he isn't a prospect I just wanted to know what y'all thought made him out standing but wasju caught on. Now u make the argument if samardo was here he would be killing but I can make the argument if justin was on the ville it would be on crazy. Or if phil was on davidson he would look like a pro.

I think Justin needs better players around him to play up to his potential! I think this program has sucked for so long that they saw Justin and how much physical ability he has and looked to him as a savior. I am sure Old Red's McDyess comparisons did not do Justin any favors either! While that is not fair to Justin, I do feel as I am sure you do that  he has not played as well as he could this year.
