He was suspended twice and then transferred to UMass last fall, with the understanding he would earn a scholarship if he stayed out of trouble. But Wiggins was arrested for breaking and entering last November and suspended from the team before eventually being dismissed this week.

Oh  i'm sorry.  I meant poor Dougie.  I'm sure he's getting a raw deal.  The kid has been giving many opportunities and has squandered every last one.  Irregardless of what happened between SJU and Wiggins,  he got thrown out of UConn  for crying out loud.  Damn,  AJ Price ran around swiping laptops and he got a pass.

Breaking and entering is a felony last time i checked.  I don't feel sorry for criminals.  Playing DI college sports is a priviledge and an honor,  not a right.

So yes , i say its a "GOOD" thing Doug Wiggins was tossed from another institution,  maybe he'll learn a lesson.  Or maybe he'll  turn into another Jayson Williams,  isn't everyone glad he got so many chances?

yea its not like the kid is someone to feel sorry for...hes a punk, and he causes problems anywhere he goes...most kids by this time are working their asses off for the nba...he cant even keep from getting kicked off a team...he doesnt deserve anyone to feel bad for him

As someone who had their house broken into last year... I ALSO SAY GOOD FOR HIM! HE GOT WHAT HE DESERVED!

This is a kid who GOT A FEW CHANCES to make a better life for himself. He took it for granted.... now let him pay the price for it.
