The bar doesn't weigh 10lbs. It's 45lbs
a 45 pound bar??? comeon guys. even if it is 45 pounds...that would have him lifting 135...not 145.at most, it's 20 pounds. at most.maybe one of you could find out for sure the next time you're at taffner.
