I wonder how Heyward does without the triplets and Johnson continues to get the hype as a transfer from Iowa St.
When you're a kid from New York and you do it in New York, that lasts forever!

Tough to argue with any of the names on the list.  I think Ebanks is POY, and will be the best pro in this group.

Stanley Robinson is a complementary player, at best - and he's nearing his best. He'll benefit from Kemba's speed, but he's no first-teamer.

I wouldn't have Mike Rosario on the list. There are a number of guards who will be better unless he - and the team around him - really improves their ability to get shots. He forced it a lot.

Does anyone know if Lance is cleared to play?

At this point issues regarding his amateur status are still being looked at but Cincy is confident it will be cleared up soon.  We'll see.

I agree- is Rosario there because he was highly ranked out of HS?

Our own DJ & Paris had better overall stats than Rosario last year:
               Rosario       DJ      Paris
ppg             16.2        13       14.6
min/g           32.5       34.6     34.6
fg%             39%      40%      43%
3pt%           30%       33%     33%
reb/g           3.5         6.6       3.4
steals/g       1.1         1.5       1.6
asst/to         .48        1.42     1.04
DJ & Paris also had more Free Throws/fga (especially DJ)

The only stat that Rosario was better was FT%
(and total pts/g because he took more shots).

I wasn't in Cincy this weekend but I do believe he is cleared to and has been practicing for the three days practice has been allowed.

FWIW, one of the preseason magazines that I flipped through at the airport had Horne as an honorable mention all-conference selection.

Isn't he coming off pretty serious knee surgery?  Probably same reason Mason didn't make it. ;)

And played better defense.
