MVP - Hardy finally a true scorer to go along with some pretty good defenders.
Points - Hardy 15-16
Boards - Evans 9
Assists - stith 5
Steals Omari 2
Blocks JB 2
Field goal % Evans 55
3 pointers made - Hardy
Best newcomer - Hardy
Surprise player of the year is Stith who wins the starting job early in the season.

3 p % - Hardy 40%

Question 2: Do you really thinK Omari will get enough minutes to get 2 steals a game?

It's just a fairly shocking guess to have our point per game and assists per game and steals per game leaders as newcomers who 1) aren't McD AA caliber guys, and 2) you have never seen play.

It's your right to guess it like that, but it clearly shows you don't have much faith in the current players, or have WAY too much faith in Norm's recruiting based on the results.

I don't believe that any returning player has a guaranteed job.
And like I said its a guess. So what if I'm wrong?

I know Hardy was recruited by good schools. Lawrence too.
That gives me some faith.

Have you seen Hardy and Lawrence?

I haven't --- but its more natural to assume that the juniors who have progressed through the system will be getting more burn and doing more than hardy and lawrence...lawrence as a frosh is prob not gonna get more than 10-15 mins per game!  Hardy is the one that could surprise, and I hope he does!

I'd add Evans to that category of leading scorers around 12 PPG.  It will be weird for the first month or so because Mase won't be around and others will have to pickup the production.

I think Evans will have a few 20 point games this season.
