now the first 1:30 of this video you will not see Tmac but it is so weird very creepy camp counselors then you see tmac who is definitely drunk/high not standing up in the video with his shades on and can barely talk

That said, it's cool he's goin to a regular sleepaway camp in the area and honestly, even if he was high, most kids won't realize it, and I've always thought he was a good role model for kids, one of the outwardly nicer guys in the NBA it seems.
