Not unreasonable.  7-12 are all so close that anything can happen there.  I would probably put G'town ahead of us but...   It is hard for me to believe that Pitt would drop so drastically but their play, thus far, seems to confirm it.

Clarification.

Is this a current ranking or where you believe they'll end up?

you may want to reconsider louisville...they will be far below where u have them...and you may want to move uconn down a few notches....and if the problems they are keeping under wraps in wv continue...well i dont see them where u have them...

6-12 seems like a toss up..louisville hasn't impressed me at all either has pitt..I would also switch up uconn and cinci..uconn gets ater mojac back in a couple weeks I think wich would really help them where there hurtin..cinci has deff impressed me though
My top 5 teams so far would be:
Nova
Cuse
Wv
Uconn
Cinci

So are you saying 1-9 get into the tourney as you said Seton Hall is an NCAA team this year?

1-9 could make it. The BE has played very well out of conference.
Even we're right there now. Seton Hall is, and so is Marquette.

I said 5-10 are intercangeable. If Gonzo and his team keep from imploding, which is already underway, they are a NCAA team

We are better than Louisville, but you have ND and G'town too low.  No shocker there.  South Florida is way better than you give them credit for, too.  Providence already has three losses.

Marillac, give me your rankings.  Do you think we're better than Gtown and Notre Dame? Notre Dame has played nothing but cupcakes and only 1 away game. They lost to Northeastern.

Looks like you may need to bump Gtown up.  Impressive win against the Huskies today.

IMO we need to run the table through Gtown to get in the top 25.  They will be our signature win to get us over the top assuming we take care of business between now and then.

Notre Dame? Look at their cupcake schedule and they still got 2 losses. They beat nobody

Notre Dame's extreme lack of depth is going to kill them down the stretch of a Big East schedule. They aren't that good to begin with, but they basically only go five or six deep.

I think Seton Hall should beat a real team before they are crowned.
VMI isn't a real win. Neither is Sacred Heart, East Orange Community College or Princeton.

They have one challenge before conference play starts. Temple, and I bet they get housed.

Why does Georgetown get so much respect?

8. St. Johns (8-1)
Justin Brownlee came off the bench to put up 14 points and 14 boards and Paris Horne added 14 points in a 73-56 win over Fordham. That followed a sound 66-56 win over Georgia in the SEC/Big East Invitational. Game to watch: Dec. 31 at Georgetown
