If we get into the West bracket, Davey Boy is going to Vegas that week.

A 10 seed?
Considering the fact that I am one of the biggest Normie’s on here, this shocks even me!
He doesn’t have us as the first four to go, or even the second four out.

Dave: this happens and I'll pay for the flight for you, me and Marco!

I'm not sure how serious an offer this is but count me in. I've never been to Vegas before.

Why not go the game?  Its in New Orleans.   2004 i went to a friends bachelor party in Vegas during the 1st and 2nd round of the tourney.  There is no better weekend to go IMO.  9am tipoffs.
Marco can go straight from the male brothel right to the sports book. ;)

New Orleans or Oklahoma City would be awesome, since it'd be a short drive for me.

Hell, St. John's hasn't crossed the Mississippi for a basketball game on the mainland since 2003.

If you can't be excited about I feel sorry for you.
Are we in yet? Of course not, but so what.

An objective voice thinks we're doing well enough to make it.
We just have to keep it up, and we'll get healthier and stronger along the way.

I like our chances now.

The #1 reason I'm excited about this is because we finally have a chance to build momentum. One flash-in-the-pan NCAA Tournament year wouldn't mean a whole lot. But there are no seniors on this roster (outside of Mason) and they have a chance to have two consecutive NCAA runs. If that happens, then I think we start to see the buzz pick up, the recruiting pick up, and so forth.

Bottom line–if you can't enjoy this season to this point, then I'm not sure why you're still a fan at all.
