Andy Katz "St Johns meets with Hewitt in Atlanta tonight"

Just stated @ halftime of UNC/UAB that St Johns officials met with Paul Hewitt in Atlanta tonight and that it seems like a deal is imminent.  Said a mutual buyout could be reached between Ga Tech and Hewitt!!

It would make sense, assuming that Monasch was in Florida with the womens team last night and just stayed south and took a detour to Atlanta.

I wonder if this guy will follow if Hewitt comes here??  He played for the Gauchos!!

i like quincy...others can be replaced

let's not screw the kids.  there are plenty of ships to be filled next year.  the energy should go there.

And he goes to Hotchkiss in Connecticut.  A buddy of mine coaches at Hotchkiss,  led Georgia Tech to the Sweet 16 a while back, and is good friends with Hewitt.  The coach also has huge NY ties.  I would think we can definitely get this done.

Let's face it, Hewitt would have no use for Rob Thomas, Stith, or a few others if he could bring in some of his guys/recruits.
