that we get a good coach...bc everyone on here deserves it...ive been coming on this site for about 3 years i think, and boy have the storm been terrible...yet, everyday all you guys are on here posting, dealing with the everyday crap, being fans...and dave and the other moderators, working hard to make this site the best st johns site on the internet, and i think its safe to say, thats what it has become...and if u can support this team over the last 6 years then u are a real fan, and u deserve a good coach...i know personally ive gotten into one too many arguments with friends over st johns basketball and its future over the years, defending our program, and i would love to win now and rub it in their faces...also, i truly feel bad for norm, and him failing...i wanted him out as much as anyone but i got the feeling with him he truly enjoyed his job, and he was living his dream...and can u imagine finally getting something u wanted for a long time and being shown the door bc u couldnt cut it...it must suck...he was a great guy and i wish the guy could have won here...he seemed like the kinda guy that no matter what success he had, he would be a st johns lifer, and not switch schools like EVERYONE is doing now...im sorry i said he was stupid for not breaking the rules in recruiting...i wish he had broken a few rules but he had a strong sense of morals, and u gotta respect that...im sure he'll get a job somewhere smaller, in a mid major, and be able to run a clean but successful program and i wish him the best, bc he deserves it...now, i hope st johns takes their time and waits on the end of the ncaa tournament and makes a good hire...even if we get a mid major coach i dont mind, just make sure the guy is a winner and understands the enjoyment some of us still take in rooting for our red storm, and the enjoyment we would have in seeing them succeed
