How's your recruiting?  Not my strongsuit.

I know who to talk to. I think x's and o's + motivation are my best assets.  The kids will be jacked, tough, well-conditioned, and will play physical as hell.

I'm actually a firm believer in testing players on the sport  I am coaching.  So many players don't really know the rule or about stategy.  Donovan McNabb didn't even now about OT in the NFL!!
