Better Selection of new Coach..........

 I think the process was a bit flawed. A better way instead of chasing  every  crumb................Put out "St Johns is prepared to make their new coach the highest paid coach in college history".................then wait for the thundering herd to come to you...........You pick the best one of those that  come to you and want it.
