I liked what he said about "discipline." It seems to be a hint that the team wasn't disciplined in what it was trying to do. Which is something that made me angry watching them. Undisciplined screens, poor set up for shooting (and shooting off-balance when it's not necessary), undisciplined passing (especially on the break), undisciplined (but enthusiastic) defense.
He can give the players input on what to work on and drills to work on those skills, even if he's not watching them do it, correct?
