Jaren Sina - PG - Gill St. Bernard's School - Gladstone, NJ - SETON HALL

In any sport there are talented guys who aren't good fits in some styles. In football a very talented cornerback might be better suited to play press man than zone. If you play him zone he won't be as good as if he played press man despite being very good player.

We have 10 guys that can't shoot, including the French guy who brought in to shoot. I don't understand how Sina isn't a player we aren't all over. We have a low basketball IQ across most positions, and we pass the ball like we've been playing together for a few minutes.

Maybe recruiting guys that fit our style of play IS the problem.

From that photo, he appears to have really filled out. Anyone?

I agree. If we dont get Jorden and DLO doesnt return we certainly could use a smart,shooter.Nice to have a plan B for Jorden,unless Lavin knows DLO is returning.

BTW-I am fascinated by the consistency of the statement that you are "focused" on 3 schools but at the same time are "wide open."
