Should be a good warmup.  I am glad we are playing someone a little better than Queens College this year.  I understand the need to warmup with some cupcakes but I personally hated it when we would play the worst team in a warmup and then have to go play a great team right after.  My senior year in college we scrimmaged the worst team ever and then the 1st game of the season had to play the best team in the country Mount Union.

We're playing St.Mary's. That's a great test. They waxed Nova last year.

Where did you play football? I love watching Mount Union play.

We'll still most likely play a scrimmage of that nature open to the public against a D-2 squad. We've always played a D1 practice scrimmage too its just that you don't hear about it.

It'll be interesting to see about whom you're implying as the season progresses.  How's Justin feeling?

Not to be a jerk, but it's widely talked about that Manhattan's not very good, and their coach... isn't either.

Good to hear, though. For all the whining people had about Lav's inconsistencies, he really wanted teams to put it on their opponents. I'm hoping this team doubles up on someone (like Columbia, at least).

Is there another scrimmage or just the exhibition this weekend?

Yes, I'll be at the Westmont game.
