I don't think it matters. This kid didn't look like a D1 player on SJU.
Clearly, he is now. Good for him. He got lemons, and he made lemonade.

It's not like he's putting up 10 like Hardy. He's averaging over 17. That's legit anywhere.

He had 17 against an A10 team, (St.Louis) and 19 against Southern Illinois.
They used to be great. Now, not so much. But still, no cup cake.

Obviously, he's worked really hard since leaving, and maybe, just maybe, he's
being guided during the game as well.

Because everyone, except me said that losing a talent like Edmonson would be impossible to recover from.

What I said about Dele Coker then was the same thing I'm saying about TE now: you're not a discerning enough observer to extrapolate a player's future potential from watching him perform as a freshman. And that's about the gentlest way I can put it.

If you want to see Ty he's playing on ESPN3 right now against Purdue.  Leading AP with 10 points early in the 2nd half.  I'm at work so if you take a gander let us know how he looks.
