Great Long Weekend of Big East Hoops
« on: January 15, 2011, 12:38:18 PM »
Im watching a bunch of these good games now and we have a few more including our game tomorrow and two awesome games Monday. The Big East is great to watch, all these teams are good. I have been watching the Marquette and UL game and I am impressed with Marquette, they are deep and can score inside and out.

great game on Sny last night.  1985.  St.John's- Georgetown.   #1 vs. #2.  Only time out of 4 chances we beat them that year.  Walter Berry was such a stud it is silly.

Marquette needs to be ranked after this game. They are stacked. My top 3 teams in Big East are Pitt,Marq and Notre Dame

Wow Louisville steals one at home, bad loss for Marquette they owned that game for 30 minutes. Glad to see G'Town bouncing back and 'Cuse playig very well again. Cincy was severely overrated they are a .500 BE team at best.

19-0 run by Nova to power their big comeback against Maryland. Kemba is also lighting up DePaul, he's getting anywhere he wants to on the floor. I was rooting hard for Nova, a win for them is a win for the Big East.

Duke losing again as well.  lots of time left though, plus they are home.  Refs have been told to look for charges against Virginia players.

Blow out for duke.  Nolan smith took over.  Thats what national players of the year do.

Thats the same thing I was thinking when Preston Knowles was drilling those 3's. Lets go Patriots!

Marquette is no joke though. Think they are a top 25 team? I do

Great win for WV at home today versus Purdue. That win is looking much better lately.
