Which Big East team loses.....?

Besides St Johns, which Big East team loses the most talent going into next year? Would UConn be that team, with Kemba Walker leaving? Notre Dame? Pitt?

Notre Dame has to be atop of the list losing probably 75% of their scoring. I think Villanova (Fisher, Stokes) and Seton Hall (Hazell, Pope) would be next on my list.

Will be interesting to see how they replenish.

Pope will be a senior next season.

Fisher and Stokes were awful down the stretch the last 2 years, might be better off with them gone

Syracuse lost a ton. Just one guy, but they had one man, and several children.

I say Nova because they also lose Pena as well.   ND is definitely up there.  Also Gtown duo of Wright and Freeman and Providence's one man band Marshon Brooks.

Adding Fab Melo to syracuse's losses and they seem in serious trouble in the middle.  They lose Rick Jackson's length, and now their returning big man in Melo.  All they bring in is. 6'8" Chrstmas in the middle and they return only Keita.  Their sets at both the offensive and defensive ends are predicated on their length in the 2-3 and size inside.  They will have little of that this season.  IMO it could be a big struggle for them learning how to play this game with a "small" lineup by Syracuse standards, and one that has little front court experience nor impact players returning.

Is Melo no longer at Syracuse? He's off the team?

He's indefinitely suspended, and with details emerging that are getting worse, everything points to it not being an "if" but rather a "when" he is dismissed from the team.  I don't think there is any way he'll be allowed back, but they'll let the legal process proceed first.

Stranger things have happened at Syracuse and it should be no shock to see him suited up by the time BE play rolls around.

He's there to play basketball. Not to be treated like a normal student that has to follow rules.

That said, I expect a big improvement out of him next year. (see Etan Thomas)

Yes Baldi, I heard about that. I almost made a really offensive comment but I decided not to. Must be the heat.

Too bad Lacedarius didn't run into Roger Huerta When he was busy beating up his girlfriend and breaking her jaw.  OT but For those who don't know, last year former Texas Longorns LB 6'1" 250lb Rashad Bobino punched a girl in the back of the head outside of a nightclub in Austin Texas.  Unfortunately for him, 155lb UFC fighter Roger Huerta was also outside the club and witnessed the assault.  Needless to say that Mr Huerta made him wish he never did that and the tough-guy linebacker got the ass whipping he deserved.  Video of the event is on the net.  Was fantastic.

Fab will most likely play for Cuse next year. It wasn't too long ago Devendorf hit a girl in the face and was allowed to play
