We were not going to beat every team by 30 points. It's actually not such a bad thing that this game was close.
Now, practices will be more intense, and these kids have a wake up call that doesn't count on their record.

Let's see how they respond Monday.

You have us going 2-0 vs nationally ranked Cincinnati-don't think so-will be lucky to win 1.

Why am I a piece of work-cause I ain't drinking the cool aid? Look I love St J and would love them to win every game we play in blow out fashion but I just happen to be more realistic than alot of the posters who see everything through Redmen colored glasses. Maybe it is my lawyering background that forces me to see both sides of things. It isn't always about just St J's you have to consider our opponents. They are on schollie too (oh my bad St. Mary's isn't).

Good to see someone pick us to win @ Detroit, who looks to be very good this year. We should be better than NIT at 18-15 with this schedule.

Random note abt schedule, there are winnable BE games on the road.  Makes taking care of business at home tougher but i'll take it.

12 wins with 7 players.
18 wins and NIT with 9.

Lindsey is an all league selection.
Harkless is an all rookie team selection.
GG is in top 5 in league in rebounding and averages a double double.

18 wins...because:

we play a huge amount of games.

there are some softies on the schedule.

you're overrating northeastern and detroit.  those should be wins.

i predict we'll lose a few games because we'll be bricking free throws.

MVP harkless.

If we never see Pelle & Garrett - 14 - 17, loss first game of BET.

If Pelle & Garrett actually get eligible this December (which I HIGHLY doubt  happens) 17 - 14, maybe NIT bid.
