Marquette - Game Thread

Well St. John's played very well but missed some easy ones. Got a couple of tick tack fouls called against them but also drew 4 charges. I'll call that a wash.

Really didn't get anything out of Moe offensively as Marquette didn't get much from DJO. Marquette moves the ball pretty well, they're going to knock down shots eventually.

When Moe is in the game, St. John's can out rebound Marquette. When he's out MU attacks the paint hard.

St. John's really needs a new commercial.  The one they always show is just brutally bad.

These first 4 minutes in the 2nd half are huge!!  Need to win the first 4 minutes!

Nice jacket on Buzz   I guess he has to dress like that in Milwaukee.  Does he have the white belt to go with it?

are inbounds plays have been much better this year

Well, that's probably the game.

The ref pointed at the semi-circle as his reason for the block which is completely off base.  If that was a charge, then call nothing.

This is harkless's game to win. He has to forget that hes been cold and just get to the basket

This is a crucial 3-4 minute stretch coming up.   D'angelo picking up that foul really hurt.  Our offense is an entirely different beast with him on the floor.

I thought the "count the basket rule" was taken away? If it's a charge no basket!!

If Greene doesn't step it up from here on out, this game could get ugly.
