Does Chiles ever get involved with the actual in-game coaching? All I've seen him do is stand around outside the team. Hicks and Hines seem to be more involved in the huddle with Dunlap. As far as talking to players on the bench, Rico and Moe seem to be most involved. I'm not demeaning Tony's coaching but it seems like he was hired as a recruiter primarily, so that's what he's doing.
As far as comparing his in-game appearances to Q; how'd Q do as a recruiter for us?
