LSU seems like it should be a really good job, but I'm not sure who would be a candidate. Then again, I thought Illinois was a great job and no one seemed to want it.

Great coach. IMO, I hope he passes if true.

“@GoodmanCBS: St. John's assistant Mike Dunlap is also involved at Colorado State.”

The list here does not include Dunlap.

Apparently they went to New Mexico over the weekend to interview NMSU HC Marvin Menzies and New Mexico Assistant Craig Neal.

Looks like Ernie Kent is a candidate as well at CSU.  Forgot about him but makes sense and would be a solid hire.  Had solid success at D-1 level.

This Colorado State search coming to an end - maybe as soon as tonight. Eustachy, Menzies, Rahe, Dunlap and Craig Neal.

I think Kent is involved.  I am not even sure Mike D has interviewed with them.

I haven't heard anything about Dunlap.  He hasn't been out there is my understanding and don't think they would hire without a trip out there.

Bad move. He has a great squad returning and another trip to the tourny next year would have gotten him better offers

Noodles Neal to CSU.  I know he really wanted the Georgia Tech job last year, his alma mater.

And is there any truth to the rumor LIU was going to play some home games at Barclay's and may go to the A-10? That plus Spike Lee could spell trouble for SJU in NYC?

LIU can have Spike Lee. I don't want him anywhere near St.John's. He is a disgrace.

I don't get the Spike Lee reference, maybe I missed something (I know he is a Knicks fan).
