You know SJU has gone completely Cali with Lavin when he introduced the concept of yoga to make the Johnnies more flexible.

I love it!  No major injuries for 6 kids playing 30+ minutes a game for their first year in the BE, can't argue with results!  I don't care if Lavin makes them take zumba classes if it keeps them healthy.

yoga is no joke.  I do Bikram Yoga and it's one of the toughest things i've ever done.

Second that. Nothing like a workout in a 95 degree sauna.

creative on Coach's part on working on the total player.  many of us fretted the loss of one player and what it would matter to the team as a whole.

thanks for sharing the article, I truly enjoyed it and may add it to my exercise routine :)

I'm saying we should raise money for a tanning bed at least. Do I hear $20 from everyone?

Great job for Lenn reporting this. Kind of upset I didn't think to write about it. They do it for 3 hours a week.

my girlfriend loves yoga and tries to get me to take it at her gym. I go in and it's all cougars and I can't look or else I get my balls chopped off from her.

I don't enjoy it and I don't get any relaxation from it. We have tried some youtube yoga and I'll tolerate it but I don't love it

So you're admitting that you only go to Yoga to go Cougar-huntin?

I love flexible cougars. Jersey shore provides a lot of them.

If I was going without her that's what I'd be doing. But when your girlfriend is spanish you don't dare look at other girls in the gym or you get your richard cut off
