Agree here.  I want the depth to compete the entire season next year.  Need to bring in at least 6 total this year.  I think it will be Sanchez and Bourgault and hopefully Chandler if he's all qualified and cleared by the NCAA. If Sanchez and Bourgault are tied together then fine.  Bourgault is a quality player for our roster and always good to have more kids that are friends and build chemistry.  It galvanizes the team over the course of a season.

Severe,Hall ( only if he preps I'm in favor), McCullough would be ideal . I've seen Lawrence plenty of times I believe he is overrated. He is very long and active but offensively limited at times and mal-nutrition skinny.

I think there is enough variation that Lavin can pretty much do what he pleases. I don't know how big of a rotation does he want to play though?

I totally agree Moose, the leas likely are Stanley Johnson and Jerrell Martin. It will come down to Johnson vs McCullough for that roster spot and it could be a local 4 year guy for the frontcourt for 2013 but guys like Domingo and Whitehead are priorities as well as a 2014 PG.

yea i think hes about 6'4. he plays the point for them now though. great handle, explosive and can drain a open look and hes only a sophomore

That´s the reason that I don´t see it. But, I repeat, I would like to have these 3 players.

13 would normally include a non NY player.  But if McCullough comes back to the 13 that would change the whole outlook of the class as he was the biggest priority in 14.  Its all in cycles and these two are the goods as opposed to some other previous weaker NY classes.  We will see.

Needs to be enuf decent west coast players to go around.  Been a pretty fallow field the last couple years, so competition from the locals is even MORE intense.   Plus, in addition to the traditional teams in the west, you've had the rise of the San Diego States, and the St. Mary's as "destination" schools for top ranked local talent.

Don't want Steve and SJU getting stuck with a Jerime Anderson  (#3 PG in the 2008 class, top 35 overall) or James Keefe (McDonalds All AMerican) just because he wants a highly ranked west coast player  ;)
