Good news.  I saw today that Felipe Lopez is listed as an assistant coach for the Dominican Republic.  DR is one of 12 teams vying for a spot in the Olympics at the quals in early July.

Always liked Ro's game and thought he was underrated especially by his own coach brian Mahoney who gave the less deserving Fred Lyson much PT at Barrett's expense. Remember game where he went for 40 at MSG against Louisville and while playing for Canadian National team was a high scorer and did very well vs US pros.

Was a great game. I remember having court side seats for that one.

FYI - he had 32 that day.  Time adds a few points for stories sake though.  No biggie. :)

I thought he had 32 against Louisville? I could be wrong though. I remember Ray Allen taking his lunch money the very next game.

Allen may be HOF NBA player. Still should have gotten more PT instead of Lyson.

I loved Rowan.  He had a lot of talent but didn't reach his full potential in college.  And its not exactly an insult to say you were dogged by Ray Allen
