Moe Harkless Draft Predictions ONLY

Let's have 'em!  I want predictions on where he's drafted, and if you want, list a high ceiling and low floor for draft day.  I'll start it off:


My prediction:  11 - Portland.

High ceiling:  5 - Sacramento

Low floor:   22 - Boston

As crazy as 5 sounds I think your right.  Sacatomato is just so unpredictable.  I think you hit the nail on the head.  He won't get past Celtics bottom line.

Obviously one draft day trade can blow this whole thing up.

Boo --- I think GS is very likely.  Moe is a tough one, because I think it sounds like a bunch of high lottery teams have liked him (Sac, GC, Tor, Por) but wonder if they could get him in the mid-teens.  So do they trade down, or if you are Portland, wait to take him with your second pick?  The fear being if he's not there and he's the guy you wanted, you're SOL.  I think he's going to be giving a lot of GMs problems on draft day who can't decide if he's worth a top 5-10 pick, even though they really like him and want him.  We'll see.  The mock drafts that have him going between 23-28 are just idiotic to me.  I can see a lot of teams taking Moe, and I certainly think Boston uses at least one of two picks on him if he's there.

GS supposedly loves Waiters and might have made him a guarantee.  Don't see why because they already have Klay at SG.  And both would struggle at the 3 in the NBA.  Would love to see him at GS.

If I was GS I might try to trade down and pick up the two HOU picks

 Yeah, was reading Rothstein's projection. He thinks GS takes Waiters.  He has Moe going 18 to Minn..

Tierney who is out in the Bay Area now also thinks they are really high on Waiters.

I've had a gut feeling for a while that he would go to Portland at 11.

GS @ 7.  Top 6 might be settled, but Moe is the best of the crapshoot that comes after and I think lots of teams want him.  I think he goes higher than most think.  If he slips it won't be past 12 or 13.

Sweet 16. Houston right now.. but it looks like they are working to flip the picks (14, 16, and 18). Whoever owns the right to 16 will be it folks..

Ceiling:  GS 7
Floor: Celts 22
